Achraf, one of the staff, really stood out. even while fasting, he kept a bright smile and treated us like royalty, always attentive. Plus, the breakfast wasn’t just filling. it was a delightful experience, with options that catered to our needs.

The room was comfortable and tidy, making it a pleasant space during my stay. However, the air conditioning leaked multiple times, and there was no offer for a room change. Additionally, the dining experience was marred by a refusal to take desserts to the room, which left a negative impression.

I checked into Centro on a busy night, and it wasn't easy. The reception was closed for renovations, forcing me to walk to a nearby hotel to check in. I did receive prior notice about the reception, but details on the closure of the restaurant and bar would have helped. After check-in, I struggled to find food since all dining facilities were also shut. Once in my room, the twin bed setup was fine, but I expected a corner room with a pool view. Instead, there was no view, though the room itself was spacious. The warm pool was a highlight of my stay. that area was quiet and enjoyable. While the staff tried their best to assist, I felt that the communication around the renovations and disruptions could have been better. Overall, the hotel's location on Yas Island makes it convenient for events and attractions, but the lack of facilities during my stay really impacted my experience.
